| This bed and breakfast serve a health conscious gourmet breakfast with farm fresh eggs, hot baked bread, with fresh fruit and vegetables when in season, and a fruit juice puree. Turkey bacon and chicken sausages, no red meat served. Also offered is flexible breakfast times. Hermida serves salmon frittata, corn pudding, & a variety of omelettes with exotic banana fritters & banana wraps, these are just a few of our breakfast servings. We serve our breakfasts on the deck when the weather permits. When you arrive we will be serving you some appetizers and either a pop, juice, beer, or a glass of wine either on our deck or at the kitchen bar. | |
